Cable Entries ZEKAN

• The cable entry consists of a PVC support plate with an integrated system of PVC cable pipes.
• The support plate is manufactured from a smooth PVC sheet with a thickness of 8 or 10 mm, into which PVC pipes of the required diameter are securely integrated.
• The PVC pipes are mechanically and structurally fixed to the support plate to ensure stability during concrete casting and throughout their service life.
• The complete cable entry is supplied as a fully assembled unit ready for installation.
• The centre lines of the individual PVC cable ducts are arranged with standard centre-to-centre spacing corresponding to the spacing of the cable duct spacers.
• Based on project requirements, non-standard centre-to-centre spacing and custom hole layouts can also be designed.

PVC Pipes Used

For the production of cable entries, we use high-quality PVC cable pipes with rubber seals that comply with the requirements of EN 61386-24 and EN 50626-1. Standard cable entries are supplied for duct diameters of 110, 125, and 160 mm. Upon request, we can also manufacture versions with diameters ranging from 63 to 200 mm, including combinations of different duct diameters within a single cable entry.

Watertight Design

The cable pipes are equipped with sockets featuring a lip seal, ensuring watertightness up to 0.5 bar. This makes the cable entries suitable for reliable sealing of cable penetrations through concrete structures.

Adaptation to Wall Thickness

Each cable entry is custom-manufactured according to the thickness of the concrete wall. The most common versions are 200, 250, and 300 mm, although cable entries can be supplied for virtually any concrete wall thickness to meet specific project requirements.
