Our commitment to environmental protection

CWS s.r.o. is actively involved in reducing CO2 emissions thanks to the use of recycled plastic materials in its production. Manufacturing from recyclable material reduces our carbon footprint by 87% compared to manufacturing from primary raw materials. Recycling one tonne of plastic prevents approximately two tonnes of CO2 , thereby significantly contributing to the protection of the environment and the support of sustainable management of natural resources.

Recycling of materials and products

CWS s.r.o. uses recycled plastic materials in manufacturing its products in a quality enabling primary material replacement in the application area. Within the production process, we process up to 83.4% of recycled material. Products that do not pass quality control upon inspection are returned to the production process. At the end of the product’s useful life, we are ready to recycle the product and repurpose it. This efficient practice not only reduces our environmental footprint, but also promotes sustainable management of natural resources.

Reducing emissions

CWS s.r.o. primarily uses recycled plastic materials to manufacture its products in a quality that allows primary material replacement, thereby significantly reducing CO2 emissions. Products that do not pass quality control are returned to production, and at the end of their useful life we recycle them into new products. Waste management

In accordance with the directives of the European Union, we have implemented a comprehensive internal waste management system, and we proceed in accordance with valid European standards. We have long been working to limit the production of waste both in production and during the packaging of products and their subsequent transport. We made a commitment to reduce waste by 30% year-on-year, which we are successfully accomplishing.

Water management

We use closed water circulation cooling in our production facility, which means we have minimal water consumption requirements within the production cycle. This system not only reduces our overall water consumption, but also contributes to the protection of the environment by reducing the generation of waste water. Efficient water management is key for us, as we want to minimise our environmental impact and contribute to sustainable development.

Energy saving

In terms of technology, we focus on the purchase of energy-saving technologies, which enables us to manage energy more efficiently. Thanks to these investments, we have significantly reduced our heating costs, which leads to a reduction in our carbon footprint. Our vision consists in long-term sustainable development and a responsible approach to the environment.

Our company places great emphasis on sustainability and recyclability, not only within our company but also with our suppliers. We require our suppliers to comply with the regulations given by European standards and to have a positive attitude towards the environment
