The company CWS s.r.o. mainly uses recycled plastic materials in the production of products in a quality that allows replacing primary materials, thereby significantly saving CO2 emissions. In the production process, we process up to 83.4% recyclate, which reduces our carbon footprint by 87% compared to production from primary raw materials. Products that do not pass quality control are returned to production, and at the end of their useful life we recycle them into new products. With this approach, we minimize the ecological footprint and use resources efficiently.
Recycling of materials and products
The company CWS s.r.o. uses recycled plastic materials in the quality of its products to make it possible to replace the primary material in the application area. In the production process, we process up to 83.4% of recycled material. Products that do not pass quality control at the exit are returned to the production process. At the end of the product's useful life, we are ready to recycle the product and turn it into a new product. This efficient practice not only reduces our ecological footprint, but also promotes sustainable management of natural resources.
Reducing emissions
The company CWS s.r.o. is actively involved in reducing CO 2 emissions thanks to the use of recycled plastic materials in its production. Manufacturing from recyclable material reduces our carbon footprint by 87% compared to manufacturing from primary raw materials. Recycling one ton of plastic saves approximately two tons of CO 2 , thereby significantly contributing to the protection of the environment and the support of sustainable management of natural resources.
Waste management
In accordance with the directives of the European Union, we have implemented a comprehensive internal waste management system, and we proceed in accordance with valid European standards. We have been working for a long time to limit the production of waste both in production and during the packaging of products and their subsequent transport. We made a commitment to reduce waste by 30% year-on-year, which we are successfully doing.
Water management
We use closed water circulation cooling in our production facility, which means we have minimal water consumption requirements within the production cycle. This system not only reduces the overall water consumption, but also contributes to the protection of the environment by reducing the generation of waste water. Efficient water management is key for us, as we want to minimize our ecological impact and contribute to sustainable development.
Energy saving
In terms of technology, we focus on the purchase of energy-saving technologies, which enables us to manage energy more efficiently. Thanks to these investments, we have significantly reduced our heating costs, which leads to a reduction in our carbon footprint.
