Newly hired CWS employees will receive a 30-minute training session on current production issues related to extrusion lines as part of their production meetings. This training will be conducted under the supervision of a production manager with many years of experience in the plastics industry. The first training session focused on the functionality of extrusions and the employees praised their newly acquired knowledge.
