La loro assunzione al posto specifico dipendeva ai loro risultati scolastici, informazioni fornite dal loro insegnante e valutazione dal capo squadra. Studenti avevano la possibilit\u00e0 di provare la posizione lavorativa del vice operatore.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Tra i&nbsp;loro compiti possiamo nominare: pulitura delle forme, avviamento della produzione, lavoro con macchinari misurativi. Per il loro miglior inserimento nel processo lavorativo, gli studenti sono inseriti nei lavori comuni, come per esempio la pulizia del campo lavorativo, completazione di prodotti, gestione del materiale, i&nbsp;lavori del packaging etc. <\/p>\n\n<p>Studenti lavorano bene.
